I have 10 years of experience working with both adults and teens conducting individual, group, family and relationship therapy. My goal is to provide clients a safe and comfortable space to talk about their problems, while also guiding them toward solutions. I am experienced working with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, and life stressors. In addition, I specialize in helping people overcome challenges in relationships, whether romantic, social, or professional.
I use evidence-based therapy techniques while keeping sessions simple and conversational. On any given day, I might help a young man dealing with stress and anxiety, an exhausted parent trying to understand their child's behavior, a couple of 20 years having marital issues, or a teenager being bullied and misunderstood by other kids at school.
