I am a trauma-informed therapist who believes many of our problems come from how we respond to or avoid difficult thoughts, memories, feelings, and experiences. Anxiety, depression, grief, and uncertainty can all be a part of life. What is important is learning how to navigate them so they don't take control. I will help you develop skills that allow you to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Rather than fighting with, or beating ourselves up over difficult thoughts and emotions, I believe it's important for us to be kind to ourselves, focusing on values and living in the present.
