My clinical focus brings a number of trauma-based treatments together including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. Providing a validating therapeutic environment to you is essential for trust, growth, and change to occur.
