I believe every one has their own unique potential in overcoming adversity. Life is not easy and often times we need support and someone to listen to our fears, hopes, dreams. We sometimes, need a nudge in a certain direction that we can't clearly see. I can help provide that nudge with whatever your are struggling with and provide insight on how to get there. I also do life coaching. Life coaching is different than therapy in that you may need guidance but not have a psychological disorder.
I have experience working with adults and minors ages 4-65. I can help people cope with anxiety, depression, parenting issues, addiction issues, depression and trauma. I can also help with relationship issues, marital and couple therapy. I have extensive behavior management experience with minors as well.
I am currently practicing in the Northwest region of Pennsylvania near the New York state border. I have 8 years of experience working with adults and children.
