Hello! I'm experienced in helping individual clients and couples address the barriers to the meaningful life they deserve. Whether it's anxiety, stress, panic, depression, relationships, or other concerns, I collaborate with clients to gain more insight and tools for relief. We can all struggle with "the noise" of everyday life to find the undercurrent of deeper meaning. Many feel lost; let's find some direction. In my years of this rewarding work, clients continually inspire me in showing people's capacity for change. I am level three Gottman trained for couples counseling. I emphasize being balanced and empathetic.
I look forward to connecting with you and guiding in accomplishing your goals. I have lived overseas for a few years. As such, I developed a curiosity of the social, political, and cultural forces that inform our concept of self. I affirm all aspects of identity and take great care to honor cultural differences and their implications in the counseling room.
