I am passionate about helping people deal with ongoing emotional struggles that they just can't seem to get past. Clients that are willing to engage the hard work of personal development by immersing themselves in the therapeutic process are my most rewarding clients with which to work. I really excel when I enter my role as a wisdom guide and help you discover your own wisdom from within.
I work with individuals who are in need of a listening ear. I provide a safe emotional space which allows clients the opportunity to face fears and overcome struggles. I practice in the Carl Rogers' Person-Centered theory of counseling which asks the practitioner to show unconditional positive regard for each and every client.
