I specialize in treating trauma, addiction, and attachment issues, and work with adults, children and adolescents, families, and couples. Being human is traumatic. Pile on life circumstances changing beyond your control, and day-to-day stress, and you might find yourself struggling. I'm here to help you stop the pain from turning into suffering. Many of my clients come to me struggling with old, yet familiar, ways of doing things, and benefit the most from simplifying the approach, gaining a new perspective, and trying something different. I look at the wider, often invisible systems we all navigate daily as a source of trauma.
I like to keep it simple. Let's get real and work things out in a way that works for you, rather than the way others in your life have told you to do it. I incorporate various modalities including Somatic Experiencing, "Parts" Work, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in a down-to-earth, no-fluff way to get to the real issues that are hanging you up.

I try my best to step down off of the pedestal that mental health professionals are often placed upon to be relatable, real, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to.
