I help children, teenagers, and adults struggling with anxiety, ADHD, autism, trauma, and adjustment to a disability or other major life change. We will work together to find strategies that you can use to help alleviate the symptoms that you're experiencing and work towards the life that you want. I also provide diagnostic evaluations for ADHD, autism, bariatric surgery, and disability accommodations for schools, colleges, and the workplace.

My approach to therapy is customized for everyone that I see; however, I make sure to follow your lead. We will address the concerns that you want to bring up for the session and I won't pressure you to work on something that you aren't ready for. Each session, you'll leave with strategies to empower you to move towards your goals.
