Announcement icon During COVID-19, I am providing HIPAA compliant teletherapy to current and new clients in Connecticut, New York, & Massachusetts.
Life has many challenges. It's how you grow from your past that defines who you are in life. You may feel alone, misunderstood, and unfulfilled with your life or personal relationships. Perhaps you're having intense negative emotions. People typically enter therapy when they are in distress, although it's usually the long-term and underlying struggles that concern them the most. Initially, we will work quickly to address your immediate pain and provide relief. As therapy progresses, our focus may shift so you develop more positive and enriching relationships with yourself and others.
My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and compassionate environment where you can recognize your potential and live a meaningful life. I use evidenced-based therapy that focuses on the dynamics that impact your daily experience. We look for the behaviors, attitudes, and patterns that protected you in the past but no longer serve a purpose.
Asking for help is hard. We'll collaborate to design your therapy. In order to offer comprehensive treatment tailored for you, I do not accept insurance in my private practice. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may submit statements for consideration of partial reimbursement. There is not a guarantee that your plan will reimburse.
