12 and up working with teaching teenagers, adults, couples, family therapy for support of caregivers of taking care of aging parent, substance misuse harm reduction approach,TBI, anxiety, anger, depression, Bipolar disorder, PTSD,to learn how to settle their nervous systems to be less reactive with their emotions and to work on not being so hard on oneself. To foster self compassion for themselves and work on not judging oneself. EMDR in person only have a light bar and tappers to work through emotional traumatic experiences, to settle their nervous systems fight, flight, freeze, response by using bilateral stimulation.
Walking in nature along Stillwater being by healing power of the river. Supporting some by being present and grounded fostering emotional/thinking awareness through being more present and grounded with oneself aids and the breath is our anchor. EMDR in person only: It can be helpful for processing trauma, anxiety, anger, depression, and substance use.
My passion is working with all that seek a safe harbor to be heard and not be judged. All are welcome at the in my office at Nest clinic along the St Croix River in Downtown Stillwater. I am a LPCC and in WI a LPC. Individuals, couples, Mindfulness skills, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, stressed out with the state of things, I am hear to listen and coach.
