The office, located in Evanston, IL, is close to the bus line (Church & Chicago - 2 minute walk) and CTA/Metra (Davis Street Station - 5 minute walk).

We will focus on identifying and moving toward what really matters to you in life while simultaneously giving space to expressing yourself and the experiences you have gone through. I see people who want to try something new - something that they can apply to many parts of their lives and develop a new relationship with themselves.

The intention I set forth in each meeting will be one of genuine curiosity, warmth, and a place to safely unwind. I balance a compassionate and easygoing approach that includes questions, observations, and methods to assist on your journey toward a greater sense of well-being. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment therapy but pull from various theories as no one theory can explain the complicated nature of being a person.
