Every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood. Life can feel overwhelming at any age, and therapy offers a place to pause, reflect, and find new ways forward. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, teens, couples, and families, helping navigate challenges with school, relationships, family stress, and big life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive, down-to-earth space where clients can be fully themselves, while also gaining practical tools for real-life change.
After earning my MSW from the University of South Florida, I worked as a School Social Worker before moving into private practice. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and The Gottman Method while keeping therapy safe and approachable. Outside of work, I enjoy writing music, kayaking, and building Lego sets.
