I’m Matthew Kelly, a Licensed Professional Counselor, with over a decade of experience helping clients overcome addictions, trauma, depression, pain from childhood, and barriers to achieving their full potential in life.
I specialize in helping people, especially young men, overcome depression, addictions, and find direction and purpose in their lives. My approach is all about helping you find what truly fuels your spirit, break down the internal barriers holding you back, and release the past so you can step fully into the present moment.
In our first few sessions, we’ll take time to dive into your unique story, identify your goals, and craft a clear plan of action that moves you toward a more fulfilling life.
What makes my practice different is the life experience I have being both single and married, a father, a veteran, having overcome addictions, and being a man of faith.
I’m passionate about this work because nothing is more rewarding than witnessing the positive transformations in the lives of those I work with.
