This is a processing group that combines play, feedback, engagement, and dialogues. This type of group is intended to dive deeper into the clients’ current relationships to understand current problems; the focus of these groups is on the present rather than the past. Group therapy provides a unique opportunity to understand the relationships we have with ourselves and others. This interpersonal process groups will focus on helping group members relate to one another more authentically and to deepen your experience of vulnerability, intimacy, and closeness with others.
