Hello! I'm a licensed psychologist providing clinical supervision and therapy. I have experience in helping people with adjustment problems, grief work, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and other psychological problems in individual therapy. I feel creating a supportive, judgment-free environment is key in developing a positive therapeutic relationship, and I have experience with cognitive, behavioral, psychodynamic, and humanistic perspectives. I believe therapy works best when we can work collaboratively to tailor the treatment to best fit your needs.
In addition to general practice, I also have experience in providing services to the LGBTQIA+ population. I have worked in the inpatient setting, so I am familiar with more severe psychological problems. I have also worked in the hospital setting with crime victims with symptoms of acute stress and PTSD.
