Do you feel anxious, disconnected from yourself, or unsure how to move forward after a major life change? I help individuals, including LGBTQIA+ and gender-expansive clients, work through anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, grief, trauma, and relationship or family conflict. I accept insurance and offer telehealth to clients throughout the state. I'm a licensed therapist and social worker (MSW, Rutgers University) with an affirming, trauma-informed, collaborative approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities tailored to your goals, identity, and life experience, because I believe therapy is never one-size-fits-all.
I bring both clinical training and lived experience to this work. I'm a member of WPATH (World Professional Association for Transgender Health), and before graduate school I volunteered as a crisis hotline counselor supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and survivors of violence affected by HIV. That shapes how I show up: with warmth as well as cultural humility.
