Therapy and coaching can be solutions to different challenges. Sometimes you need a focused and targeted intervention and doing so in a confidential space can be extremely beneficial. We will explore and address the issues that block your personal development. Customized personal coaching and therapy plans are designed to reflect a client's expressed interests and objectives.

When it comes to the change we seek, self-awareness alone may not be enough. Learning how to take action is the key to producing lasting effective change.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation to alleviate some of the difficulty in finding the right fit. Therapy or coaching session times can range from 15 minutes to 90 minutes. Telehealth/Video sessions are available in many cases. In-home and in-office options are also available.
