I love talking with and helping people. That is why I started studying psychology over 15 years ago. Helping people with issues like anxiety, depression, and relationship problems is what I have been doing since I was a teenager and now I have made a career of it! I love my job and love working with people. Whether it’s building skills to help with anxiety, problem solving or just being a good listener. I look forward to creating a space where people feel comfortable sharing their feelings and achieving their goals.
I have been working as a therapist since I received my Master’s degree in clinical psychology in 2013. I have gained valuable experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing various issues such as; anxiety, interpersonal struggles, depression, self-esteem issues, stress management, mindfulness and mood issues.
