About
My job and my focus, is to help you navigate your way through any issue you are experiencing.
I have been working as a therapist since I received my Master’s degree in clinical psychology in 2013. I have gained valuable experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing various issues such as; anxiety, depression, trauma, identity issues, self-esteem issues, stress management, mindfulness and mood issues.
I know the first step is the hardest step and I keep that in mind for everyone. Please feel free to contact me with your questions, comments and concerns I'd love to meet with you to see how I can help you.
