I work guided by what I learned in grad school integrated into the life I've lived so far. I am a student of my own continued experience and hope to inspire others to understand the relationship they have with theirs.  I work with people 15 and older, as well as couples.
I am a mental health counselor based in Barre, Vermont. I believe in providing a highly individualized and non-judgmental counseling environment. My goal is to help people face their challenges, find clarity, reduce suffering, and live a life that aligns with their values.
