As your therapist, I work collaboratively with you to create a supportive space for healing, growth, and meaningful change. My approach is culturally responsive and tailored to support teens, adults, and couples navigating adolescence, anxiety, depression, intimacy struggles, and relational challenges.

I offer trauma-informed therapy and use Brainspotting, Psychodynamic, Somatic, Gottman, IFS, and other evidence-based practices to serve clients. I also enjoy working with sex and intimacy issues, helping clients navigate life challenges, build fulfilling relationships, and reconnecting people with their desires. I am also LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse affirming.

I am also passionate about helping artists and entertainers manage the music and entertainment industries. Being in the entertainment industry can come with many challenges, such as imposter syndrome, anxiety, questioning yourself, creative blocks, and managing rejection. It is important to maintain resiliency, grit, and confidence throughout your journey.
