I work with adults, teens, and couples navigating trauma, CPTSD, anxiety, and addiction, people ready to move from avoidance toward presence. My approach is Gestalt-based and somatic: relational, body-aware, and grounded in the here and now. We experiment together, with curiosity and care, toward greater aliveness and choice.
I see clients in person in Hayes Valley, San Francisco, or virtually throughout California. Sessions may draw on parts work, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and spiritual inquiry, whatever feels alive and useful in the moment. I offer a free 15-minute consultation.
