OUT of OFFICE until 4/17! BECOME YOUR BEST VERSION! Hello! I'm Dr. Matthew Grant, downtown Indianapolis's trusted psychologist with over 17 years in the field. I'm an integrative mental health practitioner bringing together generally more insight oriented psychotherapies and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). In combining these two treatment approaches, you will increase your self awareness to what drives many of the problems in your life, and in addition, you will learn to think differently so you feel and behave differently. You thus, honor yourself to live out your full potential. NOTHING IS OUT OF REACH!
I’m intuitive, direct and actively engaged with my patients. We’ll identify your values, goals, aspirations and will take the steps to move towards the best version of yourself. Together, we will better understand what drives your problems and develop robust and concrete strategies and interventions to improve the quality and satisfaction of your life.
I can appreciate that becoming our best version is a lot of work; I myself have invested a lot of time in my own personal and professional growth and know what it is like to be challenged and stretched and taken out of your comfort zone. Since I've been there, I hope I can inspire you to be your best version whatever that might be. I can't wait to meet you!
