Very often, our lives can begin to overwhelm what we are able to handle on our own. In these times it can be very easy to begin feeling lost, out of control, or simply out of ideas. I have made it my focus to be able to help people not only identify what is happening in these situations, but helping clients develop skills and personal strength which will help them be able to deal with these struggles in an ongoing fashion.
I strive to help people develop the insight and skills required to be able to cope and find balance in their everyday lives. Attempting to identify the thoughts and behaviors which might be causing a person difficulty in their lives and adapting them to be more effective.
I hope to engage with my patients in a way to make the therapy experience compassionate, approachable and solution focused. I am available on weekends and evenings and am usually able to schedule within 1 week.
