My ideal client are individuals who are motivated to make changes in their life for their betterment, but may not have the skills or resources need to make said changes. Their issues may include trauma, depression, anxiety grief and loss, addiction or abrupt life changes. I have a passion for helping individuals heal from PTSD specifically combat veterans and first responders, as well as any and all individuals motivated for healing.
I believe I can help through assisting individuals learn DBT skills, Mind Body Bridging skills as well as Internal family systems and cognitive processing skills.
I believe that we all have the strength within us to heal and cope with whatever we are dealing with. Though we may feel that what we are going through may be to big to handle or impossible to overcome, we can find healing amongst our circumstances.
