About
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I practice from a trauma-informed, humanistic approach that I adapt to meet each client's needs. I aim to create a warm, reflective environment where client's have the capacity for personal growth and to gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
I view clients holistically and my approach is to blend the most useful aspects of different therapeutic modalities. I use an approach that is founded in CBT but combines other styles of therapy including mindfulness, motivational interviewing, narrative, and interpersonal to name a few.
My goal is to create a safe, relaxed, nonjudgmental space where a person is free to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy and join my clients in their journey to self-discovery.
