My ideal clients are people who have often felt a little different - highly sensitive, neurodivergent, creative, or simply out of step with the expectations around them. Many come to therapy struggling with anxiety, burnout, identity questions, or the sense that they never quite fit. I help clients understand how their minds work, develop practical coping skills, and build lives that feel authentic rather than forced. When helpful, we may draw on stories, fandoms, or personal interests as ways to explore identity and growth.
I specialize in working with highly sensitive and neurodivergent adults, including people with ADHD, autistic traits, and anxiety. My work blends practical coping strategies with deeper identity work so clients can regulate emotions, understand their strengths, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
