I work with individuals aged 12 through older adulthood on a variety of issues, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, stress management, or life transitions.

I am passionate about helping people find solutions to help them manage anxiety, depression, and stress in healthy ways. I also have expertise in substance use and addiction counseling for alcohol, marijuana, and opiates. I can provide substance abuse evaluations for the courts, employers, or school systems.
I use evidenced based, client centered approaches drawing on cognitive behavioral and motivational models. In counseling, clients develop the tools to challenge unhealthy thinking patterns, regulate their emotions, manage stress and increase confidence.
