I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over five years of experience working with children of all age ranges. I also provide individual, couple, and family counseling for adults. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other evidence based psychotherapy methods to help clients. Taking a holistic approach ensures all aspects of a clients life are taken into account to help achieve treatment goals. By using an eclectic method of counseling I am able to provide the most effective treatment for each client by providing holistic treatment from a range of therapeutic approaches. This allows individualized treatment for each client to help ensure the most current and efficacious treatment methods are being utilized.
