I have several ideal clients. I work well with clients that are motivated to address their aggression and conflict with others, as well as couples that are experiencing relationship discord. I also treat clients that would like to engage in their underlying trauma, utilizing EMDR therapy as well as trauma processing. I also enjoy working with young adults that are having difficulty with life transitions such as beginning college, navigating career paths, or divorce.

I offer non-court ordered anger management, conflict resolution, and relationship conflict interventions. I am trained in trauma therapy (EMDR). I utilize motivational interviewing, solution-focused, and cbt techniques to address life stressors and challenges
