I encourage my clients to move beyond the surface and get into the underlying emotions. I see myself as a guide and co-collaborator in your counseling experience. I am passionate about getting to the root of conflict and fostering authentic relationships with self and others.
We will work together to identify and explore thought patterns and how they impact behavior and relational patterns. I provide a secure, non-judgmental space for you to re-encounter, explore, and accept these uncomfortable emotions, providing opportunities for healing the past in the present.
My clinical experience in a variety of settings has allowed me to work with individuals, couples, and groups on a range of concerns, including working with abusive partners, attachment trauma, and individuals struggling with addiction. My clinical style is influenced by experiential counseling, attachment theory, mindfulness, and the cognitive model.
I aim to help all my clients find a new sense of meaning, purpose, and vibrancy as they work towards greater authenticity and wholeness. If you are ready to go beyond the surface and dig deeper into your healing, reach out. I would be honored to be a part of your journey.
