I help individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, addiction, and life transitions through a compassionate and collaborative approach. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, Trauma-Informed and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, tailored to meet each person where they are. I believe healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported, and that’s exactly what I aim to offer in our work together.
My communication style is calm, empathetic, and client-led. I create a space where clients feel heard, accepted, and free to express themselves without judgment. Using a Rogerian, client-centered approach, I reflect thoughtfully and follow the client’s pace, offering support and presence rather than direction or pressure.
I collaborate with clients to identify meaningful goals and create a clear, realistic path toward them using cognitive therapy and behavioral activation methods. Together, we track progress and adjust as needed, using evidence-based methods and a pace that respects each person’s readiness.
