I work with adults struggling with ASD, depression, trauma, OCD, anxiety, emotional detachment, substance use, anger, and difficult relationship or family dynamics. Many of the people I work with are highly self-aware and analytical, but still feel stuck in the same destructive patterns, emotional shutdown, rumination, or cycles of isolation. Some feel disconnected from themselves or others, while others are exhausted from carrying stress, pressure, or unresolved experiences for years without feeling understood.
My background includes work with dual diagnosis and inpatient treatment, PHP/IOP settings, private practice, and outpatient mental health care. I have experience working with mood disorders, trauma, ASD Level 1, obsessive thinking patterns, interpersonal conflict, and clients who have difficulty trusting therapy or opening up emotionally.
My approach combines practical strategies with deeper psychological exploration. Depending on the individual, I integrate CBT, trauma-informed care, psychodynamic therapy, Jungian, mindfulness, and existential exploration to help clients better understand themselves. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded in authenticity rather than empty reassurance.
