I am Monmouth County New Jersey’s first and only Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in Men’s health and focused on treating Men’s issues from adolescence through adulthood. As part of my practice I routinely focus on issues that include: executive/career coaching, work stress, performance anxiety, life transitions, relationships, assertiveness, parenting, sleep, anger, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, body image, marijuana /alcohol misuse/overuse, sexual dysfunction, physical health, chronic illness, and existential crisis.
In recognizing the overburdened schedules of my clients, I make sure to offer flexibility in session mediums and meeting times. My office is conveniently located down the street from the Little Silver train station, and I also offer virtual telehealth and phone session options.
I practice a Person-Centered approach, borrow heavily from Existential Psychotherapeutic Philosophy, Evolutionary Psychology, and incorporate Mindfulness Principles/Skills.
