Hey, I’m Matthew. I work with teens and adults. I’m a counselor because I want to help people live the lives they want to live. In the waves of responsibilities, expectations, crises, and struggles, I believe that our true selves can get lost in the noise. I want to help your teen (or you!) find that self, and really learn to love them. In short, I want you to be able to enjoy your life!
My background is in adolescent behavioral health, and I now specialize in working with teens. It's always my goal to promote self-discovery and self-efficacy for any teen or adult I'm working with. When counseling a teen, parent involvement is crucial. So you can expect regular communication with me about how your child is doing, and how you can help!
I want my office to be a place where you can get away from the noise for a while. A place where you can let your real self out without being judged.
