Hi, I'm Matt. I enjoy working with clients who are ready for change and looking for skills and strategies to handle stress, depression, trauma, or addiction. My approach is solution-focused, and I aim to ensure every client receives what they are looking for in therapy. I believe in empowering my clients with the tools they need to navigate their challenges and build healthier connections with others. Since 2012, I have been working with clients who have experienced trauma. If clients stick with their treatment goals, I’ve seen many recover and go on to live very fruitful lives, experiencing post-traumatic growth.
I specialize in treating PTSD, military/veteran support, anxiety, depression, narcissistic personality disorder, stress, and trauma. I also work with clients in toxic relationships, recovering from narcissistic abuse, and those wanting to build healthy connections with others.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I believe in working together to identify and achieve your treatment goals. Whether it's developing coping strategies for stress, addressing past traumas, or building healthier relationships, I am here to support you every step of the way.
