I'm currently accepting new clients. I work with clients aged 14 and older. My practice addresses challenges in interpersonal relationships, anxiety, mood disorders, sleep issues, personality dynamics, and substance use. The services I offer include individual psychotherapy, couples counseling, cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia, and supervision for social workers. For an overview of my practice, please visit my website via the link on this page.
I strive to be empathic and non-directive in my approach, fostering a space in which clients identify and steer the changes they seek. With those who face social injustice, I collaborate to develop a full understanding of how they experience inequality. Together, we explore how they can move forward in ways that align with their goals and values.
I have an extensive background as a psychotherapist, social work educator, and researcher. Integrating humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral methods, I provide tailored, client-centered care. Additionally, I'm committed to supervising future social workers in compassionate and effective practices.
