I am an experienced and highly qualified therapist with over 12 years of experience in providing therapy for anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am a LCMHC with a Master's in Counseling and extensive experience in evidence-based therapies. I am neurodiverse and understand the challenges of navigating life with nerodiversity. My clients are teachers, students, gender non-conforming, neurodiverse, struggling with ADHD or Autism, struggling with anxiety, depression, and LGBTQ. I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional with over 20 years of working in mental health. I use a combination of CBT and ACT to support clients towards recovery. I have training in ERP to support individuals with OCD or intrusive unwanted thoughts. I want to support others struggling to navigate a neurotypical world.
