Starting therapy is a meaningful step, and it’s one that takes courage. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking a deeper connection to yourself and others, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized. With a MA from Boston College in counseling psychology, I integrate evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, existential therapy, bibliotherapy, and expressive arts. Healing and growth are not one-size-fits-all, and together, we’ll find the tools and approaches that feel right for you.
Before starting my private practice, I provided therapy at Berklee College of Music, supporting world-renowned musicians through the unique pressures of creative and high-performance environments. That work taught me a great deal about resilience, vulnerability, and the importance of authentic connection. I’ve also studied with Nobel Laureate Elie Wiesel.
My own path has been shaped by a love of learning and a deep curiosity about people and the world. I've traveled across more than 70 countries, which has helped me appreciate the many ways people seek meaning, healing, and belonging. I'm also affiliated with Harvard Medical School and committed to staying grounded in in research while meeting clients needs.
