I have expertise in Gottman Couples therapy with years of experience and I have been successful in helping couples in many challenging situations. I use a Psychodynamic approach with individuals with focuses on emotions and attachment. I have training and experience treating trauma and often use Equine Assisted Therapy.
I hope to create a space for you to unpack your challenges, to help you build a relationship with yourself that is positive and enabling you to thrive in life, and to help you discover new ways of relating to those who are important in your life.
