I draw on CBT, DBT, and ACT; adapting these approaches to fit you. Together we'll build practical skills, explore what's driving your patterns, & clarify your values to build a life aligned with what truly matters to you. My approach is individualized, nonjudgmental, & rooted in collaboration. You're the expert on your life; I'm here to help you access that.
Starting therapy takes courage, and it's okay if you're not sure where to begin. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not quite like themselves.
