As a social worker, I follow a strict code of ethics which means putting the client's needs and wellbeing above all else. I help clients to discover their full potential as well as overcome any trauma or barriers that have been keeping them down. I believe ultimately that therapy can be beneficial for everyone and that there doesn't have to be something "wrong" with anyone to seek help. I worked with a variety of clients including teens, young children, families, couples, individuals, veterans, and court-ordered clients.
My approach is Individualized Solution-Focused therapy. I create individualized treatment plans with specific goals to give direction to therapy sessions and to make the most out of the treatment process to see long-term success.
I strive to create a comfortable judgement-free zone for clients in which they can express anything and everything. As an LCSW I'm bound to client confidentiality and my purpose is not to judge but to help clients overcome challenges at a pace that is comfortable to them.
