I specialize in finding what works best and keeping it interesting - so you want to keep making changes. I love using insightful and creative therapy approaches supported by research. Data always matter. You will have access to various treatment options such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy and more. In short, I prefer to use treatments that are shown to be beneficial in scientific reviews. Join me during one of my therapeutic role play games groups.

I work hard to get to know my clients. I understand that for therapy to work I have to know their loves, passions and interest. Sometimes, the tools learned in therapy are forgotten when moments are bad. I specialize in making those tools more easily accessible by making them personable. My clients find it easier to remember their tools and use them.

Therapeutic role play gaming, gamification, and reward systems have shown to be beneficial to individuals with ASD, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression and social anxiety, and phobias. Therapy that is fun can help people make the lasting and meaningful change that is needed to reach our goals. My practice is open and affirming to all individuals.
