Do you ever feel like life can be overwhelming? Has depression, anxiety, substance abuse, or other problems taken control of you life? As a therapist, I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal . Sometimes it just takes a little guidance to help you get better. I have been in this field since 2013 and have been honored to help clients achieve their goals, grow as human beings, and become happier and healthier.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, trauma and grief issues, and have extensive experience in treating addictions. I will work with you to find what approach would be the best fit to help you achieve your goals.
Asking for help is never easy. It is my goal to try to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible. I am currently accepting new clients and have evening and weekend hours available. I am currently offering individual, family, and couples therapy sessions.
