First off, let me be very clear. I will never believe that you or your loved ones are permanently broken. There is a way in which your relationship issues and all of your mental health symptoms make sense according to evidence based research and current literature. My job is to utilize the insight found within your patterns of relating and current symptoms to permanently put myself out of a job through you finding the change you’ve been looking for.
This is done by first by laying a foundation of truly understanding the problem in a way that makes sense and further understanding how we’ve been contributing to its reoccurring maintenance. We then break that cycle and you gain the freedom to choose who you want to be while watching your symptoms fade into non-existence.
It’s been 10 years since I started this journey and I’ve got to say, I’m leagues beyond who I was then (and I’m not finished growing yet). In my passionate pursuit of growth to genuinely help others, I’ve created a comprehensive video consultation as a resource. You can find that video and more information on my website! (Skip the parts that are familiar!)

I treat Anxiety very differently than most. From a systemic lens, anxiety is maintained in a cycle by two subjectively dangerous problems. This occurs when our best solution for problem A forces us to face problem B, and our best solution for problem B takes us back to A. Anxiety only occurs while being stuck in both. When there's only one problem, our solution works and we feel alleviated.
