Announcement icon To make care more accessible, I am now offering teletherapy video sessions.
Feeling alone or like someone else wouldn't understand? I'm here to listen. Finding a therapist with whom you connect with can be hard. My approach is affirming, warm, and down to earth. I will provide a compassionate space for you to explore your story, feelings, and what ways of coping that are no longer serving you. I specialize in working with young adults, college/graduate students, and the LGBTQ+ community. I can help you explore past relational and behavioral patterns in a non-judgmental, empathic way that will help you to make intentional changes.
I pull from humanistic, relational, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also utilize elements of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). As a gay male psychologist, I am especially interested in intersectional identities, resilience, and processing complex relationships with family.
When we understand why we do what we do, then we can begin to create ways of dealing with our reoccurring concerns. Feel free to reach out to step up a time for us to have a free initial consultation over the phone. I would love to hear from you.
