I help people deepen their relationships with themselves, their families, their partners, their spirituality, and their work. I use mindfulness training, Internal Family Systems, somatic approaches, Buddhist psychology, EMDR, and a collaborative, trauma-informed approach, bringing a deeply compassionate and truly non-judgmental presence to the room.
