I am accepting new clients!
Life has a way of shifting beneath our feet. Whether you’re navigating anxiety that feels hard to
manage, the persistent weight of depression, or overwhelming changes in work, relationships, or
identity, you don’t have to sort through it alone. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where we
can explore what’s happening beneath the surface, make sense of your emotional experience, and
build practical strategies for relief. Together, we’ll work toward renewed clarity, steadier mood, and a
stronger connection to the parts of life that matter most to you.
I also specialize in helping individuals recover from Religious Trauma. Using an evidence-based approach, I work with those deconstructing their faith, healing from spiritual abuse, or navigating life after leaving fundamentalist communities.
Building a trusting and empathetic relationship with my clients is at the heart of my practice. I understand that reaching out for support can be daunting, but I am here to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. I'll be with you every step of the way.
