Life is hard. Sometimes we all need some support and guidance to get us to a healthier/happier place. In my practice, I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among other research-based approaches, to help individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve meaningful change. By focusing on acceptance of difficult thoughts and feelings rather than their elimination, I assist clients in fostering psychological flexibility and resilience. Through compassionate exploration of values and committed action, clients learn to align their behaviors with their deepest aspirations, leading to a more fulfilling life.
I also specialize in nervous system regulation techniques to support clients in managing stress, anxiety, and trauma-related symptoms. Through evidence-based interventions such as mindfulness, breath-work, and somatic experiencing, I help individuals cultivate greater awareness of their physiological responses and develop practical skills to find regulation.
Building a trusting and empathetic relationship with my clients is at the heart of my practice. I understand that reaching out for support can be daunting, but I am here to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. I'll be with you every step of the way.
