About

Thanks for visiting my profile! I specialize in adults (ages 19 - 40's) dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, career challenges, and family conflicts—among other struggles. My approach is to work together to find a clinical modality that addresses your style and need; such modalities include CBT, emotion-focused therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), and mindfulness meditation. In addition, I'm trained in the field of Positive Psychology, a.k.a. the scientific study of happiness. As such, my goal is to help clients both overcome challenges and optimize passion & well-being in their lives.
I currently hold sessions via HIPAA-compliant secured video. Evening and Saturday appointments are available. Give me a call or send a message at your convenience.
Matt Sosnowsky, MSW, MAPP is a psychotherapist serving Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. (remotely). He has masters degrees in clinical social work and applied positive psychology, both from UPenn. He also serves as Director of AI Clinical Development at Happify Health, Inc.
