My hope is to help others find that value. My focus of work is on those struggling with depression, anxiety, relational concerns, concerns with sexual health, spirituality, OCD in spirituality and stress of life. I am a licensed counselor who works with clients from adolescents to adults, working with individuals, couples, and families. I also provide supervision to counselors seeking licensure.
I use a variety of approaches to the issues presented, knowing that each person is unique bringing their own needs to the counseling session. I incorporate evidence-based practices that fit the needs of the individual or couple.
I believe that there is something unique to every person that I see. It is in this uniqueness that I value the dignity of every person. My hope is that my approach to counseling will allow space to strengthen the dignity and identity of a person. I approach counseling from a Christian perspective, while respecting the values of the person.
